A. APPLICATION 10-2009 – CONTINUATION FROM JULY 8, 2009 MEETING - A REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE OF 27.84 FEET FROM SECTION 240-121A(5) OF THE TOWNSHIP CODE OF ORDINANCES THAT REQUIRES A MINIMUM REAR YARD FOR A BILLBOARD IN A C-2 DISTRICT TO BE 40’ THE APPLICANT PROPOSED TO PLACE THE BILLBOARD AT 12.16 FROM THE REAR YARD. A REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE OF SECTION 240-121 A (4) OF THE TOWNSHIP CODE THAT STATES THAT NO BILLBOARD SHALL BE LOCATED CLOSER THEN 10 FEET TO ANY PUBLIC STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY. THE APPLICANT IS RICK HAVANEC (RFH OUTDOOR, LLC). THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED BETWEEN 180 AND 236 MILLERS RUN ROAD AND IS ZONED C-2.


B. APPLICATION 11-2009 - A REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE FROM SECTION 240-99 (9) B WHICH SETS THE MAXIMUM FLOOR AREA OF ALL ACCESSORY STRUCTURES IN AN R-4 TO A MAXIMUM OF 1,000 SQ. FT. THE PROPOSED STRUCTURE WOULD RESULT A TOTAL SQUARE FOOT OF APPROXIMATELY 1,500 SQ. FT. THE APPLICANT WILLIAM BROWN HAS PROPOSED THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 42’ X 26’ ONE-STORY ACCESSORY BUILDING TO BE LOCATED AT 346 SECOND AVENUE. THE PROPERTY IS ZONED R-4
