LEGAL NOTICE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FAYETTE TOWNSHIP

Please be advised that the Township of South Fayette is hereby accepting offers to purchase that certain parcel of real property known Lot #3R, consisting of approximately 2.6 acres, located at 100 Hickory Grade Road, Bridgeville, PA 15017. The Parcel consists of approximately 2.6 acres and is located in front of the former Star City Cinema and in front of the proposed South Fayette Civic Center.

The minimum bid price is $1,600,000.00, although all of the bids will be judged according to the criteria set forth in the Township’s Conditions of Sale.  Bids are due at the Township’s Municipal Offices located at 515 Millers Run Road, Morgan, PA 15064 by no later than 12PM on February 15, 2012. Bids shall be in a sealed envelope and marked as ?Lot #3R Bid?.  The Township will publicly open the bids at said time.

 The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. Interested bidders are requested to contact the Township of South Fayette to receive a  Bidder’s package during regular business hours at (412) 221-8700.

 The Township may hold a pre-bid meeting, and Bidders are encouraged, although not required, to attend. Bids must be submitted on the Form approved by the Township and will be subject to the conditions described in the Conditions of Sale.
